How it works

1Create your agency account and upload your required documents.
2Medik Tour reviews your agency and documents, and approves it.
3Submit a patient's case from your portal, with the patient's consent.
4Receive a package, accept or decline it, and follow the case to the end.

Required documents

All three are needed before we can approve your agency. You upload them when you create your account.

Government registration
Your agency's registration or incorporation certificate.
Founder/CEO passport
The photo page of the Founder's or CEO's passport.
Founder/CEO national ID
Front and back of the Founder's or CEO's national ID card, in one file.

PDF, JPG or PNG files, up to 5MB each. Only Medik Tour's review team can open them. Our team reviews every application and will follow up within 2–3 business days.
