Sign-up credit terms

$10 credit is recorded on your Medik Tour patient profile when you sign up.
It can be used toward your first booking made through Medik Tour once booking packages are available.
It expires 6 months after you sign up. Unused credit then lapses.
It has no cash value, can't be transferred or withdrawn, and is limited to one per person (one per email address).
Medik Tour may withdraw the offer at any time; credit already recorded for you is honoured until it expires.
