A Clinic’s presence on the Platform, any badge or ranking shown, and any response Medik Tour gives to a listing request reflect that the Clinic met the Platform’s own listing criteria at the time of review — they are not an endorsement, referral, or warranty by Medik Tour. Choosing to engage with any Clinic found through the Platform is entirely at your own risk, and we strongly encourage you to independently research a Clinic and consult your own doctor before proceeding.

3. No Guarantee of Treatment Outcomes

Medical treatment carries inherent risk, and outcomes vary from person to person based on individual health factors that Medik Tour has no ability to assess. Medik Tour makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the safety, efficacy, or outcome of any treatment obtained through a Clinic found on the Platform.

4. Pricing and Quote Estimates

Treatment Package prices and Quote Documents shown on the Platform are provided by the relevant Clinic and are estimates for general guidance only. Final pricing depends on your specific medical evaluation and may change once a Clinic assesses your individual case. Please confirm final pricing directly with the Clinic before making any payment or travel commitment.

5. Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials displayed on the Platform reflect the personal experience and opinions of the individual Patient who submitted them. Medik Tour does not independently verify the factual claims in a review and does not endorse the views expressed in it.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Platform may reference or link to third-party websites, services, or content that Medik Tour does not control and has not reviewed. Medik Tour is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of any third-party site or service.
