This Cookie Policy explains how Medik Tour (“Medik Tour,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Medik Tour website, patient account portal, and clinic portal (collectively, the “Platform”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They allow the website to recognize your device on later visits or as you navigate between pages, and to remember certain information about your session.
We use cookies for two purposes: essential cookies that keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice, and, only if you agree, analytics cookies that help us understand how the public pages of the Platform are used. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Our analytics provider is Google Analytics 4, operated by Google LLC. If you accept analytics, Google receives information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you view, and may process it on servers outside Pakistan, including in the United States. We have turned off Google’s advertising features and ad personalisation. We do not run analytics in the admin area, the clinic portal, or your patient account area.
Medik Tour does not use advertising or retargeting cookies, or third-party social media cookies. If this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required by applicable law, ask for your consent first.
You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time: select “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page, then “Reject analytics” or “Accept analytics”. Rejecting removes the analytics cookies we can reach from your browser, and stops further analytics. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything collected before you withdrew it.
Most browsers also allow you to view, delete, or block cookies through their settings menu. Blocking the essential cookies will prevent you from staying signed in to your account.
Pages on the Platform may occasionally embed or link to third-party content or services. Those third parties may set their own cookies, which are governed by their own cookie and privacy policies, not this one. We encourage you to review those policies directly.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, including if the cookies we use change. If we make a material change, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
