Required documents: your questions answered
Two things are required: your Ministry of Health approval, and at least one quality accreditation, either JCI accreditation or ISO certification. A registration for transplantation procedures is only needed if you plan to offer organ transplant treatments.
No. Submitting the form creates your Clinic Portal login straight away and takes you into the portal. You upload your documents there, in the Clinic Documents step, once you have completed your clinic details and overview.
You can upload PDF, JPG or PNG files, up to 5MB each. If a document is larger than that, compress it or upload a lower-resolution scan.
You can start your application and complete the other steps, but we can only approve your listing once your Ministry of Health approval and at least one of JCI or ISO have been uploaded. If you hold both JCI and ISO, you are welcome to upload both.
Yes. Transplant treatments need a separate approval from our team, based on your registration with the relevant authorities for transplantation procedures. Uploading it is optional when you apply, but transplant packages cannot be published until we have approved it.
Yes. You can upload a new file in the portal at any time until your listing is approved. If your application is declined, uploading a new document sends it back to our team for another review.
