How the sign-up credit works

What the welcome credit is, how to receive it, when it expires and what it can be used for.

   See whether the offer is on

   When Medik Tour is running a sign-up credit, an orange banner appears at the top of every page and the Join page shows a Special offer line with the amount.

   Sign up to receive it

   The credit is recorded on your patient profile at the moment you sign up on the Join page or the patient sign-up page. You do not need a code. The amount is whatever the offer was when you signed up.

   

   The credit is added only when you sign up on the Join or patient sign-up page. Requesting a quote on its own does not add it.

   Read the terms

   Open Sign-up credit terms under the form to read them in full. In short:

   • The credit is recorded on your profile when you sign up.
   • It can be used toward your first booking through Medik Tour once booking packages are available.
   • It expires 6 months after you sign up.
   • It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and is limited to one per person (one per email address).
   • Medik Tour may withdraw the offer at any time. Credit already recorded for you is honoured until it expires.
