Which documents do I need?

The documents Medik Tour requires before a clinic can be approved.

1. 1

   Required for every clinic

   • Ministry of Health approval.
   • At least one of: JCI accreditation or ISO certification.

   Without these the application cannot be approved.

2. 2

   Only for organ transplant services

   If you offer transplant procedures, also upload your registration with the relevant transplant authority. Our team reviews it and grants transplant approval separately. Until then you cannot publish an Organ Transplant package.

3. 3

   File rules

   PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB each. Upload them in the Clinic Documents step of your application, or later from your clinic Profile.
